Black T-shirt awards

Have an awards event called the "Techies" or something, which is a "Black T" event (meaning everyone wears black T-shirts) instead of "Black tie" event.
Techies vote for things like

• favorite web browser
• best OS
• favorite open-source app
• etc.

Have a brief (30 minute) ceremony at the end of work some day. Invite folks who think it might be interesting/funny. Maybe play PowerPoint karaoke afterwards.
